The retreat will take place just outside Molyvos, in the north of the island, at Hotel Delfinia.
The hotel is set in 87 acres of grounds by the beach, with a rich variety of trees and plants intersected with shady pathways.
It's completely immersed in nature and has a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

We begin the day with early morning yoga in the open air followed by breakfast. The day is free until the late afternoon when we meet again for yoga.
There will also be meetings during the week in which we will discuss our real nature.

Accommodation is either in the main hotel building or in bungalows scattered among trees and gardens. All rooms are en-suite, air-conditioned and they have their own balcony or terrace.

Breakfast is on the terrace of the hotel with a beautiful view over the gardens and the Aegean Sea. It's a buffet with a wide choice of fruit, cereals, yoghurt, cooked dishes, etc.

From the hotel or bungalows, following shady paths you will reach Delfinia's swimming pool and restaurant next to the beach. From here there are magnificent views of the historic town of Molyvos and its ancient castle.

There will be one day without yoga when it will be possible to take a boat trip to the unspoilt fishing village of Skala Sykaminias and nearby beach, or visit other parts of the island.

Besides Molyvos there are other beaches at Petra and Anaxos within easy reach by local transport. Lesvos is famous for its thermal waters; the nearest to Molyvos is Eftalou, situated by the sea.
Lesvos is in the North East Aegean close to the Turkish Coast. It's the third largest Greek Island, also known as Mytilini (the name of the capital). It has a varied landscape and coast line with many beaches. Oak and pine trees and olive groves cover much of the island.

There are direct charter flights from UK to Lesvos on Saturdays. You can also fly via Athens or Thessaloniki, or take a boat connection.
Non-yoga participants and children are welcome.
